Objective


Yoga Box offers an inclusive mix of Vinyasa, Sculpt, and Restorative Yoga classes in heated, vibrant spaces across California, Colorado, and Illinois. We partnered with founders Billy Canu and Amanda Leach to create a cohesive brand strategy that captures the spirit of Yoga Box while giving the marketing team clarity and confidence. Our goal was to develop unified Brand Strategy and Guidelines to ensure visual, verbal, and experiential consistency across all brand expressions. This foundation aimed to support expansion into new markets and enhance brand recall. The challenge was to distill a dynamic in-studio experience into clear, strategic branding that could be deployed at scale without losing its energetic identity.

Process


We began with deep research into Yoga Box’s mission, audience, and position in the wellness space. Through collaborative workshops with the founders and team, we uncovered opportunities to strengthen the brand's positioning and competitive edge. From there, we defined the brand core—rooted in transformation, inclusivity, and connection—then developed foundational brand elements including tone, visual identity, and messaging structure. We crafted a detailed Brand Guidelines document covering logo usage, color palette, photography standards, copywriting style, and marketing templates. The end result was a strategic, easy-to-follow system to help every location, marketer, and partner bring the brand to life in a unified, impactful way.

Solution


The finalized Yoga Box Brand Guidelines gave the company a strong foundation for growth and brand consistency across all touchpoints. With one cohesive system, Yoga Box now expresses its identity with clarity—from marketing assets to studio signage. We aligned the brand strategy with Yoga Box’s core values to ensure emotional resonance with its audience. The guidelines helped elevate Yoga Box’s presence in new markets and strengthened its reputation as a leader in the wellness industry. By giving the team tools and language to work from, we enabled them to scale confidently, create more impact, and stand apart in a crowded, competitive fitness space.
