Objective


Marissa Bowman, a seasoned customer experience consultant, had long operated under her own name. When she officially launched Anchor CX, she wanted to establish it as its own entity—while still keeping the heart of the brand closely tied to her personal voice and values. Our task was to create a clean, elevated brand identity and website that captured the professionalism and personality Marissa brings to her work. She also needed a visual system that could grow with the business, including sub-branding for key offerings like Red Account Rescue. The goal was to build a cohesive identity that felt trustworthy, modern, and friendly—anchored in both expertise and approachability.

Process


We started with extensive brand strategy, diving deep into Marissa’s mission, voice, and goals for Anchor CX. Since Marissa and the business had been closely intertwined for years, our approach needed to maintain that personal connection while establishing a clear company presence. We worked to define the tone, structure, and messaging that would support this evolution. A highlight of the project was designing identity systems for both Anchor CX and its flagship offering, Red Account Rescue—each with its own logo mark that tied into the brand’s nautical concept. From typography to color palette, every detail was built to reflect clarity, care, and confidence across all brand touchpoints.

Solution


The final result is a refined and approachable brand identity that balances warmth with professionalism. The visual system, anchored by subtle nautical cues, establishes Anchor CX as a trusted guide in the customer experience space. Logos for both Anchor CX and Red Account Rescue work as a system—distinct but visually connected. The website, built for clarity and ease, clearly communicates Marissa’s services and differentiators while allowing her personality to shine through. The outcome is a high-end, user-friendly brand and site that confidently positions Anchor CX for continued growth, credibility, and connection—reflecting Marissa’s vision and voice every step of the way.
