Hancock Meridian helps US and international clients access affordable, high-quality medical care in Mexico City — a business that lives or dies on trust, since visitors are making healthcare decisions from a site alone. The existing Squarespace site had solid content but wasn't earning that trust. I redesigned the UX and visual system in Fluid Engine, cleaned up mobile responsiveness, and elevated the aesthetic to match the high-touch, concierge nature of the service, giving Charles a site confident enough to send new prospects to directly.
